Jason trained as a butcher under David Smith (DG Smith Butchers, Bakers, Barton upon Humber) and has developed
Gray’s over the last 4 years by selling the finest quality meats with the help of his wife Elly, and three
assistants, Dianne, Julie and Kara. His shop is synonymous with quality, choice and exceptional service.
Gray’s sell the finest quality Lincoln Red beef which can be aged upto 20 days+ with full traceability. The fresh
chickens and turkeys are all reared locally, and our pork and lamb also come from local Lincolnshire farms. A firm
favorite with our customers are our handmade pork pies and traditional Lincolnshire sausages. Our Deli department
keeps an excellent range of local and regionally produced cheeses.
For the Exotic lover we can also source a range of Exotic meats including Zebra, Bison,
Kangaroo, Ostrich and Wild Boar.
